β€’ Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day
β€’ Tracking details are shared after dispatch


2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

β€’ Other locations: 5–8 business days
β€’ Remote areas: up to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

β€’ We currently offer Free Shipping across India on VanAyur Naturals orders.
β€’ No shipping charges are applied at checkout.


4. Courier Responsibility

Once your order is handed to courier partners:

β€’ Delivery is handled by third-party logistics providers
β€’ Delays caused by courier networks are outside our control
β€’ Lost shipments are investigated with courier support


5. Address Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate shipping information.

VanAyur Naturals is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

β€’ Wrong phone number
β€’ Customer unavailable at delivery

Re-shipping charges may apply.


6. Damaged Package

If your package arrives damaged:

β€’ Record an unboxing video
β€’ Contact us within 48 hours

We will review and assist with replacement if verified.


7. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently we ship within India only.
International shipping may be added in the future.
